The PICO Motion Tracker follows movement in three-dimensional space and rotational movement around all three axes with six degrees of freedom. It offers up to 25 hours of battery life with fast charging via USB-C, whether in direct use or as a custom tool. Its minimalist design features a core unit button for On/Off and Pair/Reset functions, and a base button to release the core unit, without unnecessary buttons. Compatibility is effortless, with perfect pairing to Neo3 and PICO 4 (Entreprise and Ultra) without the need for a base station or lighthouse.
Ergonomically designed, the PICO Motion Tracker weighs only 15g and measures 38.5mm x 38.5mm, fitting every lifestyle without weighing you down. The detachable core unit features an IMU for 3DoF tracking and IR lights for 6DoF tracking. The base unit prioritizes comfort with an ergonomic rubber base and comfortable straps, in addition to additional IR lights.
The PICO Motion Tracker can be used in a variety of applications, from enhancing training for physically demanding occupations, leveling up location-based entertainment via tracking technology, to optimizing patient care in the healthcare domain. Its flexibility allows it to be worn directly on the ankle for whole-body tracking, compatible with users up to 2m in height, or installed directly on an object for independent tracking, supporting a VR distance range of 5cm to 100cm.
The tracker enters low power state when the VR headset is in sleep mode or shut down. Wireless transmission frequency is over 200Hz, with wireless synchronization less than 5 microseconds.
