Immersive Factory: QHSE training in virtual reality

Immersive Factory designs immersive virtual reality training programs focused on health, safety, and the environment. Its modules enable companies to raise employee awareness of workplace risks through realistic scenarios.

As part of the Health and Safety program of the SUEZ Group, we supported the international rollout of ready-to-use VR solutions, including headset preparation, bundle customization, global shipping, and technical support.

Building lasting safety habits

Thanks to this collaboration, Immersive Factory was able to roll out its immersive training programs on a large scale while relying on a logistics organization tailored to the project’s international requirements. SUEZ employees benefit from immersive experiences that promote the learning of best practices and the prevention of occupational risks.

Experiencing risks safely

Employees can experience dangerous situations without actual exposure. This simulation promotes awareness, reinforces proper reflexes, and fosters a better understanding of on-site risks.

Widespread adoption

The project supported the rollout of VR training in several countries for SUEZ Group teams. This approach ensured a consistent experience despite the diversity of the sites involved.

“ People understand and internalize a hazard better after experiencing it firsthand. A person retains 20% of what they hear and 90% of what they do, which is why virtual reality is so valuable for preventing occupational health and safety risks. Matts Digital supported us throughout our project and helped us roll out our solutions on a large scale to our client SUEZ worldwide. ”
