Wipon : A collaboration to transform training

Immersive training with Wipon

An innovative solution for the training of social workers

Wipon, an expert in audiovisual content production, collaborated with the Regional Institute of Social Work of Hauts-de-France (IRTS HdF) to create an immersive training program for social workers.

By integrating virtual reality  into their curriculum, Wipon enabled learners to immerse themselves in everyday scenarios, identify critical signs, and act as they would in real-life situations.

Matts Digital, a key partner in this project, provided the necessary hardware solutions, including Meta Quest 2 headsets, allowing Wipon to optimize the user experience.

A strategic partnership to meet material needs

Wipon chose Matts Digital for their expertise in VR and their ability to provide personalized support.

Through this partnership, Wipon was able to establish direct contact with Meta and develop a solution tailored to the training needs of the IRTS centers.

In total, 12 centers are now equipped with over 168 headsets, making it easier to implement innovative training modules for professionals working with people with disabilities.

Concrete and promising results for the future of training

This ever-evolving project represents a major advancement in immersive training.

The 6 modules developed by Wipon not only train social workers through realistic simulations but also prepare trainers to respond to specific situations.

This success, made possible through the collaboration with Matts Digital, paves the way for new opportunities in VR training across various sectors.

«Virtual reality immerses learners in immersive, interactive experiences at their own pace and without risk.»
