The Pico 4S Refurbish is a headset reconditioned by us, combining performance and reliability. Based on the consumer model Pico 4, it has been completely refurbished and equipped with the Pico 4 Enterprise operating system, guaranteeing an optimized experience for professional use. Each device undergoes a complete refurbishment process and comes with a 2-year warranty from Matts Digital, providing a high-performance, durable, and economical XR solution.
The headset does not offer Eye Tracking or Face Tracking.
The immersive all-in-one headset
The Pico 4S Refurbish offers a set of software and hardware solutions that enable companies to use the most immersive VR in their various projects. It has four cameras that provide high-precision tracking and mapping during various movements performed in VR.
Screen technology
The 4K+ screen, 90Hz refresh rate, and high color saturation offer users high definition and smoothness during use. Pico, always striving for total immersion, offers a 105-degree field of view and 1,200 pixels per inch on the Pico 4S Refurbish.
Ergonomic design and easy to clean
The Pico 4S Refurbish is equipped with a rotating arc column and optimal weight distribution for comfortable use over many hours. Compact and lightweight, the headset is made with new-generation technologies that are increasingly lighter, achieving a weight of 300 g with battery and straps. The lightness of the Pico 4S Refurbish headset is made possible by the integration of small, lightweight lenses that reduce the thickness of the housing. Finally, the virtual reality headset is equipped with a fabric mask that is easy to clean and quick to remove thanks to magnetic clips.
It is also possible to order double PU foam compatible with the Pico 4 Ultra Enterprise.
The battery
The headset has a 5,300 mAh battery for an uninterrupted experience in different virtual worlds. The battery offers up to 3 hours of use and has a fast charging function (Qualcomm Quick Charge QC 3.0 standard).
Reliable and comfortable controllers
The Pico 4S Refurbish controllers also feature a rotating arc column and infrared sensors. These offer hand protection through impact detection and spatial orientation. The controllers support the 6DoF function, which gives users greater freedom of movement in the virtual environment, as well as a high-bandwidth HyperSense motor for more realistic haptic feedback.

The Pico 4S Refurbish is the accessory that will enable businesses to increase their efficiency and performance. Pico Business Suite, integrated into the headset, provides direct access to an operating system that allows Pico's partners to manage their workflow securely and privately. Pico Business Suite meets the needs of businesses and independent software vendors for customized solutions. The system's three main functions are synchronization, streaming, and kiosk mode, which allow multiple VR devices to connect while enabling live streaming and smoother viewing.
