Backpacks & Cases: transport and protect your XR equipment
The Backpacks & Cases range includes backpacks, cases and protective covers designed to carry a VR headset, smart glasses or an immersive camera with their main accessories. Lighter than solutions intended for device fleets, these products make travel easier while protecting equipment from impacts, dust and movement during transport.
They are particularly suited to professionals who travel with a single device for demonstrations, client meetings, on-site interventions or immersive content production. They are part of our broader range of mobility solutions.
Formats designed for different types of equipment
VR headset cases are available in several formats depending on the device and its accessories. The Headset Case Small is suitable for compact headsets fitted with a soft strap, while the Headset Case Large provides more space for selected Pico, Meta, Varjo and Vive models, including headsets fitted with a rigid strap.
The range also includes dedicated solutions such as the BoboVR C3 Carrying Case for Meta Quest 3 and 3S, as well as the case for Vive Focus 3, Focus Vision and XR Elite. Backpacks and cases are also available for selected Insta360 cameras and RealWear Navigator devices.
How to choose a backpack or carrying case
Compatibility is the first factor to consider. Check the model you need to carry, the type of strap installed and the space required for controllers, cables, batteries and other accessories. A hard-shell case prioritises protection, while a backpack with multiple compartments makes it easier to organise equipment during frequent travel.
To transport several headsets, charge them and organise their use across different sites, a dedicated solution such as the VR Mobile Case Premium will be more suitable than an individual case.
