RealWear Collaborate

RealWear Collaborate connects field teams to Microsoft Teams from a RealWear device, with an interface designed for hands-free use. The app is based on Azure Communication Services to allow operators to join meetings, receive or make calls, and request the assistance of a remote expert using voice commands.

Matts Digital helps you prepare the headsets, configure Collaborate, and integrate it with the Microsoft Teams environment. The goal is to facilitate collaboration between field personnel and support teams while minimizing the number of steps required during the service call.

Quickly connect the field with experts

RealWear Collaborate allows you to generate a temporary code allowing a remote expert to connect with the operator via the RealWear app integrated with Microsoft Teams. This approach does not require logging into Microsoft Teams on the headset and is particularly well-suited for shared devices and one-time interventions.

Find your meetings, contacts, and calls

Once the user is authenticated, Collaborate provides access to the Teams calendar and lets you join a meeting directly from the headset. Users can also receive calls, search for a contact or a team, and make a call while in the field. Access to recent calls makes it easier to keep track of conversations.

Thermal Camera

Share a thermal image during the operation

RealWear Collaborate allows you to Share a thermal image in real time during a Microsoft Teams call. This feature can be used in conjunction with inspections, diagnostics, and certain maintenance tasks.

The compatibility of the thermal module must be confirmed based on the device being used.
