Thanks to its flight case format, the Large Field Theater facilitates the transport, installation, and operation of a fleet of XR headsets on-site. Each headset module can accommodate 15 headsets, with continuous charging, monitoring, and centralized management via a local interface.
The system also includes a dedicated network and server, allowing it to operate without an internet connection and without relying on the venue’s IT infrastructure. Teams can thus install, configure, and launch an immersive experience in less than an hour, with simplified day-to-day operations.

Thanks to its scalable architecture, the system can be expanded by adding additional modules of 15 headsets each. This makes it possible to manage multi-group formats and accommodate more than 100 simultaneous participants, depending on the chosen configuration.
For lighter deployments focused on the transport, protection, and charging of VR headsets, the VR Mobile Case Premium is a relevant complementary solution.
