The Large Field Theater simplifies the deployment of shared XR experiences in LBE venues, cultural institutions, temporary events, trade shows and brand installations. Developed by Atelier Daruma and distributed exclusively by Matts Digital, the system brings together transport, charging, networking, server infrastructure and headset management within a single solution.
Available upon request, the Large Field Theater can transform a venue into an immersive multiplayer space without relying on its internet connection or existing IT infrastructure. It is compatible with the Pico 4 Ultra Enterprise and Pico G3/G3+ headsets.
The solution is built around flight cases designed to transport, protect and operate a fleet of XR headsets. Each headset module can accommodate 15 devices and provide continuous charging. A local interface allows teams to monitor the headsets and centralise the main operations required to launch content.
The integrated dedicated network and server reduce technical constraints during installation. An experience can therefore be configured and launched in under an hour, even in a venue without a suitable network. This autonomy is particularly useful for travelling projects and installations that need to be set up and dismantled regularly.
The Large Field Theater can be configured according to the number of participants and the structure of the experience. Additional modules of 15 headsets can be added progressively to increase capacity, manage several groups and accommodate more than 100 simultaneous participants, depending on the selected configuration.
