Skema Business School has launched its Digital Hub, a space dedicated to immersive technologies, to evolve its learning methods and integrate virtual reality into its teaching practices.
To ensure a smooth rollout, the school turned to Matts Digital. Our team supported Skema in selecting equipment, configuring licenses, pre-configuring headsets, and implementing the system across its French campuses.

The project required technical, logistical, and educational support. We stepped in to facilitate the integration of virtual reality into an educational setting, with a particular focus on ease of use, headset management, and adoption by the teams.
The program was designed around SKEMA’s objectives: to introduce students to VR and to enable instructors to test new teaching formats.
The participating campuses have been equipped with Meta Quest headsets, along with accessories designed to enhance usability, comfort, and day-to-day management of the equipment.
The management solutions implemented make it easier to manage headsets, track user experiences, and view sessions in real time.
Setting up the licenses and preconfiguring the headsets saved time and made it easier to use VR right from the start.
As a technology partner specializing in immersive solutions, we supported Skema Business School at every stage of the deployment. Our involvement helped establish a comprehensive system designed to meet the school’s specific needs and address the challenges of multi-campus educational use.
The challenge of the project went beyond simply installing the equipment. The goal was to create a system that teachers could use, students could understand, and that was structured enough to be sustainable over the long term. This approach helped ensure the safe use of virtual reality and facilitated its adoption within the school.

Once the system was in place, Skema was able to roll out virtual reality learning experiences. These initiatives made the learning process more hands-on, more interactive, and better aligned with the expectations of the professional world.

The students participated in sales simulations that incorporated voice recognition and artificial intelligence. These simulations allow them to practice professional skills in a realistic and safe environment.

Skema has also launched virtual tours of industrial sites featuring interactive quizzes. Students can explore a real-world work environment, understand processes, and test their knowledge in real time.
