Key initiatives undertaken

  • Provision of Pico 4 Enterprise headsets
  • BoboVR accessories are available to extend battery life
  • Provision of a test kit prior to full deployment
  • Supply of 100 headsets and 100 batteries
  • Logistics Management for VR Equipment
  • Operational monitoring during implementation
  • Prompt resolution of technical issues through customer service

Hardware support for a controlled immersion

UniVRse handled the technical setup of the headsets and the integration of features specific to the experience. For our part, we managed the supply chain, logistics, and hardware support so that Caramba could remain focused on artistic production and welcoming the public.

“High-quality service and support that, for us as newcomers to the world of VR, are very important. Matts Digital was there for us every step of the way. Ultimately, sometimes what matters most in these projects is the human element. That support was truly essential.”
